Party Cut
for a Cause
Tavern-style pizza is taking over, and the classic topping is fennel sausage. That's a pork pie. So this BBQ team is inviting tavern-style shops across the country to put the Square Deal on the menu for one week, for kids fighting cancer and their families.
One pie. One week. That's the whole ask.
Make the Square Deal
Your crust, your oven, your style. Pork is the star, and it goes on the menu as the Square Deal. Need ideas? We've got a few below.
Run it Feb 7–13
Put it on the menu for Party Cut Week, around National Pizza Day. We send you the stories, the table tent and the press note, ready to go.
Rally your regulars
Your shop gets its own giving page and QR code. Diners give straight to House of Hogs, and the shop that raises the most takes home the Square Deal Cup.
Choose a cut
Every partner gets the full kit, its own giving page and a spot on the partner list. Joining is free. Pledges are optional and paid after the week.
Run the Square Deal, set out the table tent, post twice. Your diners do the giving.

Wild card
A BBQ team out of New Orleans that turns pork into checks.
House of Hogs started in 2015 as friends with a smoker. We cook at Hogs for the Cause every spring, run pop-ups and boils the rest of the year, and send the money to kids fighting cancer, their families, and children in need.
Put your shop on the list
Tell us a little about your shop. Sammy (that's our operator) will write back within two business days with the kit and next steps.
Chip in for kids fighting cancer and their families.
$10 a month makes you a Hog Hero and keeps the checks coming all year. One-time gifts count too. Every gift goes straight to House of Hogs, a 501(c)(3).

Straight answers
Is this Hogs for the Cause?
No. House of Hogs is a team that cooks at Hogs for the Cause in New Orleans every year. Party Cut for a Cause is our own program.
Where does the money go?
To kids fighting cancer, their families, and children in need. Every check we write goes up on Where the Money Goes once the organization confirms it landed.
Do we have to be a tavern-style shop?
Thin, crisp and square-cut is the theme, so tavern-style, bar pie and party-cut shops are the heart of it. If you make a great thin pie and want in, reach out anyway.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. The Party Cut Partner level is free. If you pledge, you pay after Party Cut Week. The kit, the giving page, the listing and the shout-outs are on us.
What's the Square Deal Cup?
Every partner shop gets its own giving page and QR code. The shop whose diners give the most during Party Cut Week takes home the Square Deal Cup, presented at our booth at Hogs for the Cause, March 19–20, 2027.
Is our pledge tax-deductible?
House of Hogs, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) (EIN 92-2104032); gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Ask your accountant how it applies to your business.
When do we need to sign up?
By January 26, 2027, so your kit, giving page and listing are ready before Party Cut Week, February 7–13, 2027.
